Here’s the fourth look in the ‘Office looks’ series.
I did shimmery gold eyes paired with berry/plum lips *that is not purple ooo!* . I remember that the day i did this look, the weather was gloomy and the lighting outside was poor, so the pictures ended up looking washed out. I’m sure that if i knew how to handle my DSLR camera better, i might have been able to figure out a setting that would have defied the gloomy weather and given me beautiful pictures.
I really need to undergo training on photography so that i’ll know how to use the settings of the camera, also so that i’ll know how to use flash, lights and better lens. If i do that, my pictures would turn out soooooooo much better and professional looking. For now, all i do is flip the knob to ‘Auto’ and snap away!
But let’s be managing it like that for now shebi? Taink you!
So for this look, i used a shimmery gold eyeshadow on my eyelids, then i contoured the outer corners of my eyes with a dark brown eyeshadow. I used my M.A.C fluidline eyeliner in ‘Black track’ to line my upper lash line, i used 3 coats of my Maybelline colossal mascara on my upper and lower lashes.
I used my Zaron ‘Black velvet’ eyeliner in my water lines *i love that pencil to pieces!*, then for my lips, i used my Tara ‘Aswaani’ lipstick on the outer part and my NYX jumbo pencil in ‘Milk’ for the inner part. I blended them together to get the perfect ‘Ombre’ look…….i think i should do a pictorial on ‘Ombre’ lips…..*who’s with me?* I reviewed ‘Aswaani’ the last time i did a review, and it’s a plum/berry shade, so i don’t understand this purpley look i’m looking at in these pictures…… oh well!
Finally, i applied my base makeup (face primer, foundation and powder). I finished up with a blush from my Sleek ‘Pink lace’ palette.
So that’s it ladies! Another beautiful look you can comfortably rock to the office without looking like you came out of a kid’s coloring book.
Besos and good night!
