PRODUCT INTRODUCTION | The perfume oil

Hello babes....

Cold sunday over here.....it's quite nice.

Ok, so this is an introduction to a wonderful new product i received last week.....it's called 'The perfume oil'.  When i got it, i wasn't sure what to make of it at first because it's in oil form and i've never used any fragrance in oil form in my life. I went ahead and used it.....and boy am i impressed!

Every single time i've worn this perfume oil, i get asked "What did you spray? It smells soooo good". I even used the 'Pink sugar' one yesterday, and up till this morning, i could smell it on me *No, i didn't shower last night 'cos it was so cold over here jooooor!*.

Since it's oil, i don't think you should spray it on your clothes, rather, massage the oil into your skin. I apply on the sides of my neck, my cleavage, my wrists, behind my ears, and the insides of my elbow.....basically my 'pulse points'. Once my skin absorbs the oil, the fragrance of the oil blossoms and everyone around me *including myself* can smell it all day.

Usually, most store-bought perfumes are mixtures of perfume oils diluted with lots and lots of alcohol *which most likely irritates the skin*. Perfume oils last longer and don't irritate the skin...rather, they are even moisturizing and are suitable for any skin type. Believe me, they are really, really nice!

I used to be a 'Spray-on fragrance' type of girl, but now, i'm totally converted biko! Hahaha!

Here's what the company says:

"Smell gorgeous at no excessive cost......if you love to smell good, this message is for you. Personally, i love to smell good, that is why we have invested time and effort on researching on quality, long lasting & smells. Why? According to survey, 75% of perfume users complained about their expensive designer perfume smells not lasting long enough. Don't we all feel the same way most times?

B 'n D Makeover | 'Pretty in Pink' ft. Onyi & Temitope

Hullo Beauties.....

So, while today's makeup training session was going on at the studio, Onyi agreed to a face-beat by me. Anyway, she didn't have a choice since she came without a model for her session. I had green and pink on my mind .....the two colors go so well together *blue and pink too!*.

I had a pink gele in the cupboard, and thankfully, 'Temitope' was still available, so we let her adorn Onyi's neck ....the two ladies looked beautiful together *Chuckles*.

PRODUCT REVIEW | Makari De Suisse Makeup products (Pt 1)

Well, hello again!

I promised to review the Makari products i showed you all here. There were a lot of products to review, so for that reason, i'll break the review into two parts. In this part, i'll be reviewing the Foundations, Compact powder, Lip liners & Makeup remover.

MAKARI FOUNDATIONS...

The Makari foundation comes in 30ml bottles , and the product is pumped out from a small nozzle. The foundation is nicely perfumed unlike most foundations which simply have a basic chemical smell. The packaging is really nice, and the product has 4 shades 'TOUCAN',  'TOPI' ,  'WALABI & 'WATUSSI'. 'Topi' being the lightest shade of the lot, and 'Watussi' the darkest shade.

I really like their names and how they sound African.

The product has a thick consistency, and it's water-based. If you don't use it for a long time, the product in the pump gets congealed and then when you try to pump it out, it doesn't come out so easily. When it does come out, the first product you get is dry and thick *as it is with concealers and foundations in tubes and pump dispensers*.......then the rest comes out nicely creamy.

B 'n D Accessories

Helloooooo.....

Good morning everyone.

I've been very busy making accessories......blissfully busy!

First, one wonderful Tanzanian lady living in Germany *yelz! i have obodo-oyibo clients* found my Instagram page and added me on whatsapp from there. She placed orders for 5 jewelry sets from my previous designs, and she said she wanted them exactly the same way they looked in the pictures....same colors and everything. I finished making them and sent them to Germany, and i'm soo happy to say that she's received them! After that, i've been working on the orders from my clients in Nigeria.

Are you following me on IG yet? No? Beht why? My handle is @blushesanddimples ..... oya, start heading there.

So, here are my new babies.........

This is 'SISI YEMMIE' , She's made of Angels skin beads......10 layers of gorgeousness! She's even more beautiful physically. Sisi comes with earrings and a matching bracelet, and you can order her in any color you like.

'Sisi Yemmie'

Next, meet 'CHINYERE'. She's made of crystals and teardrops. You want a unique, exotic look? This babe is the one for you. She's like an egyptian collar/choker, so it's best to wear her with an 'off-shoulder' blouse. Chinyere doesn't come with a bracelet......just a simple pair of earrings. We can play with any colors you choose.

B 'n D Makeover | Bisi

Well hello Babes!

I've been pretty busy.....that's all.

You won't believe that the last time i gave myself a face-beat was on the 30th of june. It seems like ages ago! It actually is a long time *long face*.

If you are not following me on Instagram, i have just one question to ask you.. "Woiz your usefulness in life?" *In Falz the bad guy's voice....ROTFL*. Actually, 2 nights ago, i promised on IG to post a new look yesterday. I did the look, but when it was time to do the post, my laptop refused to work because the charger gave up on us again so i had to go out to buy another charger today. They didn't have it at the store in the morning, so they asked me to come and pick it up this evening. I just got it, and i resolved that the post must go up tonight!

PRODUCT REVIEW | L.A Girl Blush collection in 'Pinky', Gel liner pencil in 'Mermaid Blue', & Makeup setting spray.

Hey!

Good evening...

I was sent these products to use and review a few weeks ago, but i had to use them for a while in order to give a honest review, so that you would know exactly what to expect if you buy them.

All three products are by L.A Girl, and they are the Makeup setting spray, the gel liner in 'Mermaid Blue' & the Blush collection in 'Pinky'.

It comes in a flat and long case which has a magnetic flap. It looks like the 'Naked' palette. I like it.
